Why was my mortgage transferred to Village Capital & Investment LLC?

Mortgages are transferred between lender’s and servicer’s all the time, and our associates are focused on making your transition as seamless as possible. Transfer letter from prior Lender or Servicer

This letter is very important as it includes the date in which your loan is being transferred to Village Capital & Investment LLC. The effective transfer date when we will begin servicing your loan; but, keep in mind it takes a few days to set up your account and validate that the terms and conditions of your loan are accurate and in accordance with your loan documents.

Sent your payment to your prior lender or servicer?

Don’t worry… as your prior lender will forward your payment to us and the payment will be applied to your loan as quickly as possible. Relax, you have certain protections during this transition period and will not be assessed any late fees during this process.
